Last updated: June 23, 2026

The operator of the App (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the smartphone application "Koe Album" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

Article 1 (General Provisions)

By downloading and using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy. This Policy complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and applicable laws, the laws shall prevail.

Article 2 (Information We Collect)

The App collects the following information.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes.

Article 4 (AI Features and Data Use Policy)

Audio data is sent to the Google Gemini API for AI transcription. This includes children's voices recorded through the App. Transcription text is also used for weekly summary generation.

The Operator does not use users' audio data or transcription data for AI model training purposes. We have also confirmed that the third-party providers listed in Article 5 will not use user data for AI model training.

Processed transcription text and summaries are stored in the Supabase database.
